Terms & Conditions

UK-based small business specialising in bespoke, handmade floral preservation and resin keepsakes.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Paige Alexander Floral.

  • “You”, “Customer” refers to the purchaser of our goods or services.

  • “Bespoke / Handmade Items” refers to items made to order, customised, personalised, or created using customer-supplied flowers or materials.

2. Bespoke & Handmade Nature of Products

All items sold by Paige Alexander Floral are handmade to order and, in many cases, bespoke or customised using natural materials (including flowers supplied by the customer).

Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products:

  • Each item is unique

  • Variations in colour, shape, texture, air bubbles, and finish are normal and expected

  • These variations do not constitute a fault

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

3. Lead Times

Lead times are clearly communicated at the point of booking and/or order confirmation.

  • Typical lead times may range from several months, particularly for floral preservation work

  • Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates

  • Delays may occur due to drying times, curing times, studio capacity, or personal circumstances

Lead times do not form grounds for cancellation or refund once work has commenced.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

4.1 Bespoke & Handmade Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers do not have the right to cancel, return, or receive a refund for:

  • Bespoke items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Personalised items

  • Items made using customer-supplied materials

Once work has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item is proven to be faulty, and

  • The fault is due to workmanship, not natural variation or material behaviour

Any approved refunds are limited to the value of the affected item only.

4.3 Goodwill Gestures

Any refund or partial refund offered outside of the above is provided entirely at our discretion as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.

5. Faults & Issues

If you believe your item is faulty:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt

  • Clear photographic evidence must be provided

We reserve the right to inspect the item before any resolution is offered.

The following are not considered faults:

  • Minor imperfections

  • Air bubbles

  • Surface texture variations

  • Colour changes due to resin curing or flower preservation

  • Changes over time due to environmental factors

6. Care of Items

Resin items must be cared for correctly.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Direct sunlight

  • Heat exposure

  • Moisture or humidity

  • Improper handling or storage

Care instructions provided must be followed.

7. Communication & Conduct

We aim to provide professional, respectful service at all times.

We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment

  • Abusive or threatening language

  • Repeated unreasonable demands

We reserve the right to cease communication if conduct becomes inappropriate.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

We are not liable for:

  • Emotional distress

  • Loss of sentimental value

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Paige Alexander Floral, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
