If you book in and want a certain design made with your flower arrangement in your keepsakes you MUST add with notes at checkout or have a conversation with me first beforehand otherwise it will be my choice of display from my artistic designs.

Refunds & Returns

All of our pieces are handmade to order, carefully crafted from real flowers and bespoke materials. Because each item is unique, we do not offer refunds on completed orders.

delicate, and during the preservation process, natural changes in color, shape, and structure may occur. This is part of the handmade process—flower molecules shift as blooms dry and set in resin, meaning slight variations, blemishes, or minor movement are completely natural and expected.

Under consumer law, handmade or bespoke items are treated differently from mass-produced goods. While standard consumer rights apply for faulty or damaged items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because an item was ordered and then changed in mind.
