Kindly note that it is your responsibility to send your flowers to me in the best condition possible. I am not responsible for any flowers that arrive damaged, or otherwise in what I would deem in bad condition. I will inform you if I believe the flowers to be unusable.
 
I cannot dry any dead or damaged flowers
 
.• I do not need the whole bouquet - so please divide it up as per the instruction in your order confirmation.
 
I will require enough to make the pieces you'd like, plus a few spares.
 
• Please also ensure your flowers are sent via a tracked postage service.
 
• Drying and preserving may mean that the colour of the flower changes slightly. This colour change is completely normal and is a side effect to drying. Light coloured flowers, such as light pink tend to discolour slightly during the drying process.
 
• Every order is hand crafted so there may be air bubbles within or on the outside of your shape/letter however I will do my best to reduce this as much as possible.
 
• Please note that custom orders cannot be refunded.
